We are the distributor of BMT-Calsis, a leading manufacturer in the EMEA region, specializing in renewable biomaterials, successfully applied to more than 100.000 patients.
Our main goal is to ensure the health of patients while contributing to the success of doctors.
In order to provide the fastest and most reliable service to Europe, we ship all our materials from our warehouse in Berlin Germany.
Production
BMT’s modern production facilities for production, packaging and R & D purposes, all electronically controlled; 5 ISO Class 7 clean rooms are used for all production parameters such as temperature, pressure, air exchange rate and similar.
All raw materials and equipment used in the production processes are procured from the highest European and American origin companies and thus the highest possible quality of our products is targeted.
Our company has KIWA Meyer approved ISO 13485 certificate. The products on the Suprabone platform bear the Class III CE marking, in which the highest level of safety standards are applied in production conditions. Product validation and quality control tests are performed in reputable institutions and universities of our country such as TÜBİTAK, Hacettepe and METU. Testing and validation of critical processes such as packaging and sterilization are carried out by specialist institutions in the UK.
All our products are packaged with a special system which can form and close automatically in our ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000) clean room specially designed for packaging, thus minimizing the contamination risks in the process.
